RETURN POLICY

We only accept returns for store credit or exchange. NO REFUNDS. 

(Exchanges are based on availability only. We cannot guarantee availability on items).

 

You have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Merchandise must be returned with proof of purchase (receipt). 

 

All items purchased at discounted price (promotion, sale prices, clearance, distressed merchandise) are Final Sale. No returns, exchanges or store credit. 

 

We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

 

All merchandise must be returned unaltered with tags attached, free of any odors, deodorant or lotions. Any items with make-up stains, rips or animal hairs are not eligible for return.

 

Swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, gel petals, bralettes, stockings, jewelry are final sale and non-returnable. 

 

Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.

 

We are not responsible for washed items even if following wash instructions.  

 

Gift Certificates are non-refundable

 

We offer in store pickups to our customers who live in Sint Maarten/Saint Martin or nearby islands for the items ordered online with our partner website ______________.com. 

 

Merchandise ordered online at ____________.com are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit with OVERSTOCKS or ______________.com. 

 

By selecting in store pick up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against OVERSTOCKS. 

 

If a customer decides they would like the items shipped instead, they can request an invoice for shipping and items can be sent to the address they provide. 

 

For packages that are lost or stolen. All claims should be directed at the shipping company provided at the time of delivery.
